FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (February 7, 2022) – Greenwood Gearhart has named Lisa A. Brown to President and Partner of the firm. In this role, Lisa’s responsibilities include oversight for the firm’s operations, service offerings, and client experience initiatives that allow Greenwood Gearhart perform at the highest level for clients. In addition to this expanded role, she will continue to serve as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).

Brown began her tenure in 2001 with Greenwood Gearhart, formerly Greenwood & Associates. In 2006, she pursued other business interests, most recently working in a leadership role with a large wealth management practice inside a national financial services firm.
A Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and 2002 graduate of the University of Arkansas, Brown returned to Northwest Arkansas and Greenwood Gearhart in 2016, as Director of Financial Planning. During this time, she greatly expanded the firm’s planning practice and added operational capabilities to the firm. In 2019, she was named Chief Operating Officer (COO) with broader responsibility over the firm’s general operations.
