Parking & Arrival

Reserved Guest Parking: From College Avenue, travel south toward downtown Fayetteville. Turn right onto Meadow Street and proceed down the alley behind the Graduate hotel. Continue to the furthest parking deck entrance, which leads directly to the third level. Once parked:
- Scan the posted ParkMobile QR code.
- Follow the prompts to begin your parking session.
- Enter Greenwood Gearhart parking code “PARKBH43” when prompted.
Public Parking: You may also park in an available public space along Center Street or nearby downtown streets. Metered parking spots take either card or coins. If you use a metered space and need change, our front desk will be happy to provide quarters.

Greenwood Gearhart is located at 26 East Center Street. Please enter through the front door; a member of our team will welcome you inside.

Accessibility

Parking & Arrival

From I-49, take Exit 82 for Promenade Boulevard and travel west on Whitaker Parkway toward Pinnacle Heights. Continue into the development and turn onto S Grand Avenue. Greenwood Gearhart is located in Building B, Suite 121.

For the simplest arrival, we recommend parking in front of the building when a space is available. Two-hour guest parking is available directly in front of the building. Additional free parking is available behind Building B.

Our office is marked with a navy awning. Enter through the main entrance. A member of our team will welcome you inside.

Bentonville Office at The Ledger

Parking & Arrival

From I-49, take Exit 88 toward Central Avenue and travel west toward downtown Bentonville. Turn south onto Main Street. The Ledger is located at 240 S Main Street.

We recommend parking in The Ledger parking garage, located immediately north of the building at 226 S Main Street, Bentonville, Arkansas 72712. Enter the garage from Main Street and enter access code 8895#. Public parking is also available throughout downtown Bentonville.

Entering The Ledger

After parking:

Exit the garage toward Main Street.
Walk south toward the building
Enter through the first-floor breezeway entrance
Please wait in the lobby near the café

A member of the Greenwood Gearhart team will meet you there and escort you to your meeting. If you arrive early, simply wait in the lobby until your Greenwood Gearhart host meets you.
